What we collect, and why.
Short version: your email if you give it to us, the details you type into the inquiry form, and anonymous numbers about how the site is used. We don’t sell any of it.
- Your name, email address, and phone number, if you download a guide, or your email if you tick the mailing-list box on an inquiry. We use it to send you the guide and occasional notes about planning.
- Inquiry details you type in: names, wedding date, venue, and anything in the message box. These reach us by email so we can reply.
- Anonymous usage data through Vercel Analytics: which pages get visited and roughly where from. No cookies, and nothing that identifies you personally.
- Advertising data, only if we’re running ads. The Facebook Pixel records that someone arriving from an ad downloaded a guide. You can block this with any tracker blocker and the site works normally.
Our email provider, so we can send you things. Our hosting provider, which runs the site. Meta, if the advertising pixel is active. Nobody else, and we never sell or trade your details.
Inquiries stay in our email while we’re talking and for our own records afterwards. Mailing-list addresses stay until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the bottom of any email we send.
Email SashaByDesignHQ@gmail.com and ask. We’ll delete what we hold and confirm when it’s done. You don’t need to give a reason.
If you book us, how your wedding photographs may be used is covered in the agreement you sign, not here. We never publish a couple’s photographs without their say-so.
