While you own the prints, the US Copyright Act grants Sasha By Design exclusive copyright to the photos and videos. This means you cannot copy, scan, or reproduce your media in any form. If you have copyright needs or questions, please let us know — reasonable requests may be accommodated. Please respect our copyright and our livelihood.
DIGITAL FILES
If you purchase digital images, you may print them, post them online, and share them via email or social media. You can use these images in card templates or other photo merchandise. However, you do not have the right to sell the images for commercial or other purposes. Digital media degrades over time, so make sure to create multiple copies of your files and back them up on several drives for safekeeping.
GOVERNING LAW
The use of this site is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable Federal laws of the United States. By using this site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies, and other dispute resolution organizations in American Fork, Utah, USA, for all disputes arising from or related to the use of this site or these terms of use.
